Chiropractic
Chiropractic care is a specialized branch of health care that studies the close relationship between the nervous system (the nerves) and the musculoskeletal system (the spine, extremities, and all the muscles of the body). Chiropractors are primary health care practitioners (ie. doctors) that have expert knowledge and training to detect misalignments of the spine that cause improper functioning of these systems in the body. Chiropractors maintain that normal function of the nerves, joints and muscles, along with a healthy lifestyle that includes exercise, proper nutrition and a positive attitude will keep the body performing at maximum efficiency and feeling great!
Chiropractors in Ontario are primary care practitioners, which means you do not require a referral from a doctor for treatment.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapists have in-depth knowledge of how the body works, and have hands-on skills to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of conditions including areas of cardiorespiratory, orthopaedics, neurology, paediatrics, women’s health, seniors’ health and sports injuries, to name a few. Other areas of rehabilitative care include pre and post surgery, motor vehicle accidents and other situations of injury or disability that may be present.
Registered physiotherapists in Ontario are primary care practitioners, which means you do not require a referral from a doctor for treatment.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy, drawing its roots from ancient China and Egypt, continues to have a prominent place in today’s health care system. Massage therapy is the physical manipulation of soft tissues of the body. This serves to restore normal muscular tone and joint movement, reduce inflammation in the body, and repair chronic stress and strain on the muscles, ligaments and tendons. It is a safe, non-invasive and effective treatment for various ailments, injuries and chronic conditions.

nutrition plans that support long-term wellness.
